When you contact us we collect your name, email address and the content of your message.

We use your details to receive, confirm and fulfil your order, to respond to your message, and to keep a record of the transaction.

We do not sell your personal information.

Our customer records are kept in Wix, the platform that supports our store. When you place an order, your name, email address, phone number and shipping address are stored as a contact record there so we can follow up with you.

Your cart is stored in your own browser so it is still there when you return. It is not shared with anyone else and can be cleared at any time by emptying the cart or clearing your browser data.

We keep order and contact records only for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it.
